Our industry manufacture 7.5-11KW series high pressure washer and test pump. This serie is a replacement of the current electric high pressure washer and test pump with two or four cylinder. Application:

This pump applies to all kinds of pressure vessel, boiler, and can used in the case of blasting and strength test. It also can keep pressure automatically and record the trial pressure value according to the need. Generally, room temperature water is most used with the pump, and we also use the emulsion, antirust water and oil whose viscosity is close to water.

This machine is mainly composed by high pressure reciprocating pump, overflow valve (the machine have no overflow valve when it’s pressure above 40MPa), pressure relief valve, high pressure hose and so on.

high pressure reciprocating pump；horizontal type, three cylinder, gasoline engine driven. It includes power end and hydraulic end.

Power end；Composed by pulley, crankshaft, and connecting rod, and so on. Through the triangle leather belt and pulley, the motor drives and decelerates. When the motor drives crankshaft to rotate, the crankshaft connecting rod translates rotation movement into linear reciprocating movement. Then the plunger starts to move reciprocatingly. Picture as below.

Hydraulic end: Composed by plunger piston, high pressure cylinder, pump head, inlet and outlet valve and security valve, and so on. When the crankshaft connecting rod put the plunger in reciprocating movement, the volume of the cylinder changes periodic. When the piston take the inhaled step, outlet valve close and liquid pass the outlet valve and exhaust via the pump head under the pressure. Repeat this process, when it works.
